The heavy-duty hanger is engineered for high-load applications such as multiple truss units, main trimmer joists, and purlin-to-beam connections, providing robust support where unusually heavy loads occur. Additionally, the MTH/CF/380 model features folded-inward face plates for concealed fixings, offering a cleaner, more aesthetic finish while maintaining strong structural integrity.
Key features:
Material: Manufactured from 1.5mm thick galvanised steel to BS EN 10346 + G275 standards, ensuring long-lasting corrosion resistance. Stainless steel versions are available for higher resistance in harsh conditions.
Fixing: Multiple pre-punched holes allow for quick and secure installation using:
Type A: 30mm x 3.75mm Sheradised Square Twist Nails for manual fixing.
Type B: 35mm x 3.75mm Sheradised Square Twist Nails, typically collated for nail gun fixing.
Bolt hole: Designed to fit M12 fixings for added strength in high-load applications.
Nail holes: 5mm diameter holes are pre-punched for secure fastening.
